Oakmont Public Utility District partners with H2O Innovation to operate and maintain the District’s water and sanitary sewer system. H2O Innovation is also responsible for reading water meters and customer billing.

START/STOP NEW SERVICE

To START new service, complete the Customer Service Agreement in the documents below.

ITEMS REQUIRED FOR WATER SERVICE

  • Government ID – a copy of your valid state driver’s license or passport is required.
  • Application Fee: $32.50
  • Residential Deposit
    • Homeowner Deposit: $150.00
    • Lessee Deposit: $300.00
  • Proof of Ownership or Lease – Please only include the 1st page of closing disclosure or 1st page of lease.

RESIDENTIAL WATER RATES

$16.00 Minimum

0 – 10,000 gallons $1.35/1,000 gallons
10,001 – 20,000 gallons $1.00/1,000 gallons
20,001 – 35,000 gallons $1.50/1,000 gallons
35,001+ gallons thereafter $1.35/1,000 gallons

SEWER RATE

$36.13/ flat rate

For operations and maintenance of sanitary and sewer infrastructure. To save sales tax this fee includes the purchase of refuse & recycling services for our residential customers.

NORTH HARRIS COUNTY REGIONAL WATER AUTHORITY (NHCRWA) FEE

$3.96 / 1,000 gallons
